Head Mead Maker Alex Gonzales will be walking through the ins and out of the mead making process, to dos and don'ts, and everything in between. Alex started as a home brewer well over a decade ago, at a time when there was very little online knowledge about mead making. This led to lots of trial and error, tons of notes and notebooks, and yes, batches not turning out the way he had hoped. Come learn about the mead making process, from start to finish.
